Candidates should –
- Scan their recent passport size photograph (not more than 03 months old) in jpg or jpeg formats only and ensure that the size of photograph does not exceed (Width: 200px & Height: 230px OR Width: 2.5cm & Height: 3.5cm) (up to 40KB) and the size of signature does not exceed (Width: 140px & Height: 60px OR Width: 2.4cm Height: 1cm) (up to 40KB).
- Scan the following certificates required in the above mentioned format in JPG, JPEG & PDF (between 150KB to 200KB) :-
- Aadhaar Card
- Class 10th Certificate.
- Valid HMV driving License.
- Caste/Category Certificate (if any).
- Pan Card (if available)
- Certificate for Ex. Servicemen (if any).
